Taking the eco-ethical and sustainable path towards creating
art is the best approach for me as an artist and for my family and clients.

About Me
Now, a little bit about me. I’m a self-taught eco-artist who has taken classes here and there and who continues to read and learn and apply new painting techniques.
I enjoy painting and creating unique one-of-a-kind art pieces. Everything and everyone inspires me. What I do know for sure is that I’m complex, love all things artistically inspired and travel many roads of exploration in art and technique to fulfill my curiosity. I create functional and decorative art and take the green approach painting.
A Non-Toxin Challenge
I have had a series of health challenges which forced me to change my lifestyle to a non-toxic, chemical- and allergen free home, and have even had to adopt a new clothing lifestyle.
The way I create my art today is the outcome of these changes. No longer am I able to paint with traditional oil paints or certain toxic varnishes.
It has been a challenge, but it has also inspired me to create art in a more natural way that others who suffer from illnesses like myself, can enjoy and live with art and decorative functional pieces that do not release toxic gases from paints and varnishes, to organic fabrics that I use for all my soft furnishings and fabric art.
Muse & Inspirations
Recycling weathered pieces, refurbishing them and giving each piece a new be-ginning, or finding artistic ways to upcycle items that would otherwise be in a landfill somewhere is a great way to contribute to the health of our environment.
I think of my art as pure design — eco-friendly decorative art pieces — that look beautiful in a home or office setting.
Varied Art Disciplines
Oils, acrylics, watercolors, découpage, decorative painting, painted tile, keepsake boxes, sewing pillows, hand bags, window treatments, tapestries, heirloom dolls, floor cloths for both residential and commercial clients.
I design and paint with fun and great passion. My love of color, texture, textiles are evident in what I create.
Commissions are welcome, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Best wishes from me to you!
